What to expect when you contact Powell.

Most of the time, initial contact with Powell begins with a self-scheduled consultation. During this initial conversation, we will determine what immigration options you or your employees might have, and determine whether we are a good match for your needs. Sometimes, a case will be so complicated that we will recommend an extended Case Assessment. This process usually involves the in-depth review of documentation to determine the best path forward.

Once we determine the best path forward in your case, we will present you with the parameters of our representation and quote a fee. When these details are resolved, you become a client of Powell.

In some cases, business or immigration realities might necessitate that Powell comes to you. We are willing to travel the world to assist our clients; if you need us to come to you, simply contact our firm so we can make arrangements.

We care about protecting our clients from wasted time, money, and emotional energy. We will never “upsell” prospective clients on services that will not bring results. We will provide our clients with practical, goals-oriented advocacy that will produce the best possible outcomes for their futures, their businesses, and their families.

A limited number of Consultations are available each week, which are booked on a first-come/first-served basis. Consultations are 30 minutes long and have a nonrefundable $150 fee. Consultations are by Zoom by default, although you may request a phone consultation if you prefer. In person consultations are available for individuals in the local area.
