Powell Law Office PLLC was founded by immigration attorney Mason Powell, who serves clients throughout the United States from his base in Kentucky. Mr. Powell represents individuals, families, and businesses in a wide range of U.S. immigration matters, including family-based immigration, employment visas, and removal defense. He is committed to providing clear, practical guidance to clients at every stage of the immigration process.

Prior to establishing Powell Law Office, Mr. Powell served as Assistant Chief Counsel for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), where he handled complex immigration cases in federal proceedings. He also served as a Virginia Magistrate and gained additional legal experience through internships with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Kentucky and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Mr. Powell founded the firm to provide knowledgeable, strategic immigration representation to clients navigating the complexities of U.S. immigration law.

Mr. Powell is a member of AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association) and is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Kentucky.
