Path 1: Advanced Degree
The advanced degree requirement can be fulfilled with either:
A US Master’s Degree or higher (or its foreign equvalent), OR
A Bachelor’s Degree PLUS 5 years of progressive experience.
Path 2: Exceptional Ability
Can be demonstrated by experience, licensure, professional associations, publications, awards, etc.
You must satisfy the following three factors:
National Importance: Your work will impact the US in a positive and important way
Well-positioned: Your unique blend of education, experience, and talent prove you can do the job
National Interest: It is in the best interest of the US to waive the labor certification and job offer
If you can satisfy the requirements above, you may be eligible for Permanent Residence through the EB-2 National Interest Waiver.
